Experience the essence of Edo-mae cuisine at Sushitada, where the owner has dedicated himself to sushi.

Sushitada is located in a corner slightly off the main street, about a two-minute walk from both Tsukiji and Shintomicho stations.
The owner, Junichi Sato, honed his skills at numerous sushi restaurants and worked as a chef at a restaurant produced by Sushi Yoshitake, which won three Michelin stars before opening his own restaurant, Sushitada.
Here, we introduce the charm of Sushitada.

Carefully selected ingredients from Toyosu are served omakase style with a mix of nigiri and snacks.
The owner’s creed is to spare no pains in using Edo-mae techniques.
The restaurant also serves a variety of sake, including Wadarai and Dewano-Yuki from Watarai Honten in Yamagata Prefecture, where Mr. Sato is from, as well as Hikami from Hirataka Shuzo in Miyagi Prefecture, and Shinmasa from Shinmasa Shuzo in Akita Prefecture.
The attractive feature of our sake is that we have a selection of sake that should be served cold.

Review by Sushitada

  • For 2 hours and 30 minutes, we enjoyed the entire experience without the tension that is unique to counter sushi.
  • The food is also becoming more sophisticated, and all the dishes are above average!
  • As usual, there were many a la carte snacks, all of which were delicious, so I was already very satisfied.
