- All the sushi was delicious!! The sea urchin was Hokkaido-grown red sea urchin—it wasn’t red in color, but it was sweet and delicious.
- The dishes and sushi were all delicious, showcasing the natural flavors of the ingredients while reflecting the chef’s attention to detail.
- Homemade karasumi, charcoal-grilled sashimi, vinegared rice, and rich miso soup. It was a perfect spread.
