Mikami sources high quality seafood from all over Japan as well as from the waters around Hokkaido.
The owner wants his customers to eat Nigiri as their main dish, so the rice is made from a blend of three types of
rice and cooked well to match the ingredients.
The water used to cook the rice is also carefully selected using a special water purifier.
The vinegar is blended with a base of red vinegar to make it easy to eat.
The restaurant also uses a variety of first-class ingredients such as “Oma Toro (fatty tuna),” “Yuriage red clams,”
and “Matsuwa Mackerel.

- I especially liked the otoro and sea urchin! Both are too good!
- For the first time in a long time, the five-year old scallops, isobueyaki, were also very large and
satisfying.- Sashimi, herring roe, kinki and abalone in a bowl, broiled eel followed by steamed egg custard and
