Our artisan, Mr. Izumi, is a connoisseur at the fish market and offers a variety of seasonal flavors from all over Japan, with a focus on wild-caught seafood from Fukuoka Prefecture.
The rice is made with “Genki Tsukushi" produced in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, and flavored with red vinegar.
The restaurant places importance on “adding a little extra effort" to every dish, so you can enjoy its original flavors.
