- We talked about many things, and it was a wonderful restaurant built on a sincere attitude toward sushi and an unwavering partnership with the employees.
- It’s 20-30% larger than a normal shire, and slightly al dente, but it wouldn’t look like this with just a few more kama, so I thought it was great anyway!
- I could hear so many stories from the friendly chef that I thought it was a solo show. The way the grains of rice stood out and the airiness of the sushi when it was held were exquisite and amazing.
