By visiting the beach once every two days, and by getting to know the fishmongers who nerve-tighten the fish freshly caught on the beach, we are able to offer the full flavor of Hokuriku seafood.
The sushi is made with a unique blend of red vinegar and rice vinegar, and is prepared in a warm, comforting manner.
The omakase course at night is only available in two prices, 10,000 yen and 15,000 yen.
