Using traditional methods honed over the years, the restaurant offers high quality sushi that takes a little time
and effort to bring out the best of the ingredients.
We offer two types of menus: the “Omakase Course," which combines sushi, seasonal grilled dishes, and takimiawase,
etc., and the “Nigiri Course," which focuses on sushi.
The restaurant also offers a wide selection of seasonal sake and domestic wines that go perfectly with the carefully
crafted sushi.
Sushi Uchida’s recommended locations

The restaurant has a modern interior based on Oyanishi stone from Tochigi.
With only six seats at the counter, you can spend a superb time while enjoying communication with the young chef.
Review by Sushi Uchida
- The nigiri sushi, including yari-ika (squid), haruko-dai (sea bream), sakura-masu (salmon), and kohada
(sea bream), all have a wonderful flavor that not only reflects the taste of the ingredients, but also
the skill with which they are prepared.- It’s run by a young owner, so it may be a little less than the veteran old shopkeeper, but he does a
wonderful job.- The rice and the fish were not separated like this, but melted and merged in the mouth! I was happy to
be able to enjoy such delicious sushi after a long time.Source : https://s.tabelog.com/tokyo/A1317/A131709/13244751/dtlrvwlst/
